Responsibilities:

New Business and account management development.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to explore new opportunities and within existing customer relationships.
Identify segment-specific trends and triggers that can be shared with the Sales Team and Strategic Account Managers.
Build telephone relationships at many different levels within targeted high-potential customers.
Communicate value proposition that is tightly linked to customer issues and circumstances.
Map and verify customer organizations and other profile data and communicate that information to Sales Teams and others through timely and accurate entry into the company system.
Ensure that agreed-upon activity metrics and standards are met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
